Striking red swiss dot maxi dress

This dress is perfectly flowy and feminine. It has maxi length skirt and shoulders straps that tie making them adjustable. The back zips up and the underlay gives the dress some nice volume. The top half is structured with cups and has a sweetheart neckline. It is brand new, never worn, I ordered it and it didn't fit unfortunately.
