Penny Primary Striped high waist trousers from Collectif, bright & beautiful brand. discontinued style NWT size XL muted rainbow color stripes no holes, stains or damage side zipper one functional back pocket 97% cotton, thin breathable fabric Honestly I love these and bought them a few years ago for pride. XL usually fits me perfect from collectif but they're too loose. I think it's the bright & beautiful brand that's the issue, tried to make them work but it's time to part. measurements are: waist flat: 17in inseam to waist: 13in length: 44in
