Striped Bell Sleeve Crop top

Bought at Forever 21, in a size 2X. It is super stretchy, and fits a tiny bit tighter than 2X. Cute lettuce hem details, and a low v neck cut. I've only worn this a handful of times, and it no longer fits how I would like it to.
