Striped Black and White Dress Shorts

Dressy shorts with black pin stripes and tie at waist (paper bag style). Very light and flowy, size six. Only worn twice. Great condition minus a very small mark (see photo) that would probably come out. Can be dressed up with blazer and heels or made casual with sandals and a crop.
