Striped high low dress

High low dress that is longer on the back and shorter in the front. Sweetheart neckline with mesh cutout. Navy blue and cream stripes, very soft, light and sexy. Cut outs with mesh at the waistline too. listed as medium but it's very stretchy, could fit a large as well. I donate my sales to charity!
