Striped tunic length, cool, decorative buttoned back three-quarter sleeve top

This is absolutely gorgeous! A striped Variations tunic length top. Tag indicates an extra large but the size of the arms and chest is a better fit for a medium to large. Blouse measures armpit to armpit 22 inches. No give to the material. Shoulders measure 15 inches . Waist is free flow but would measure up to 23 inches. The tunic from top of collar measures 31 inches in the front with an irregular hem of varying lengths measuring 34 inches at its longest. Arms measure 16 1/4 inch long upper bicep measuring 8 1/2 inches max. The top two buttons open, the other buttons are decorative as are all of the buttons along the back. Super cool top definite statement piece!!
