myclosetmuse @alisakof, unfortunately the insoles do not come out so I cannot measure them accurately for you. I'm sorry about that. As for flaws, there is a bit of creasing in the places you might expect, just from storage, not wear. You can see the creases in the photos but I will add additional photos taken today with a light overhead so you can see them in greater detail.

myclosetmuse The boots are in excellent condition, never worn except for being tried on, no scuffing, just the aforementioned creases which are less noticeable once on. Having said that, if you are feeling concerned about the fit, because I can't measure the insoles for you, I would not buy them as PM does not allow returns for fit, and the photos are very accurate as their current condition. myclosetmuse @alisakof, I measure 28 cm - please note, it's a tricky measure, so I did it 3 times, and I would say it was 27.5-28.0 cm.
