Stuart Weitzman heels size 7?

Very good preloved condition with normal signs of wear as seen in close up. I cannot make out the size. I am am 8 and they are to small. So my assumption is they fit a size 7. Please refer to all pictures posted for condition and measurements. Offers always welcome. Any questions please ask.
