The Lowland over-the-knee boots from Stuart Weitzman are made in a black stretch suede, and feature low stacked block heels, closed almond toes, tie back detailing, tonal stitching, leather lining and rubber outsoles Boots are in good condition with some wear on the heels. This version of boots for Russel Bromley I guess was sold in UK and I find them to be on a smaller side.
