gorgeous art pottery soap dispenser pretty glaze in shades of blue, tan, sage green, gray and brown signed on the bottom, I can't make it out, maybe B Jepson in good pre-owned condition ~ the plastic pump head shows signs of wear, but is functional measures approx 5.5" tall with spout, approx 3" across base
