Studio Gang Deborah Korosec Top Size S

This is a unique shirt by a Toronto designer. It's made with red as well as coral lace and red fabric in an asymmetrical design with short wide bell sleeves. It requires a tank top underneath (or something similar) as shown. I'm sure it looks amazing with jeans and pumps as, in my mind, it's an 80s retro style. Roller skates perhaps? This has never been worn as it's a bit too flamboyant for me.
