Detailed blue flowers with cream background. Strapless and pit to pit is 16 inches; narrowest part of waist 14 inches when lying flat. Has gold colored inner shell lining with a thin gold tulle layer to give skirt extra fullness. Zipper up side and back has a bit of elastic built in for extra give.
