Stunning 90's Formal Gown

Dead stock from the 90s with original price tag. Dress is like new and comes with a matching shawl. Dress is gorgeous but I am rehoming it as it just fits a little too big in the chest for my liking . For reference, I am a size 4 so it may better suit a size 6. Corset back does add for some adjustability.
