rhiannonh65 How do you tell that it’s pewter and that the stones are amethysts? And do you know where it came from?

larakordic @rhiannonh65 , thank you for your interest. This item was a gift, so I don’t have a lot of information about it. Based on the heaviness and colour of the metal and the colour and appearance of the stones, I concluded that it is pewter and amethyst, but I don’t have documentation to back that up. It was purchased in the UK. Original price is based on search of similar pendants on the market.

rhiannonh65 @larakordic thank you so much for taking the time to reply. What a lovely gift you were given! Unfortunately I wouldn’t have a clue how to tell if something were pewter or not or whether it was amethyst or not. I have a feeling that is something a jeweler could tell though. As lovely as it is, I wouldn’t be able to determine what a fair price would be neither to ask nor to offer. In that circumstance, I must step back and admire it from afar. All the best to you!
