Stunning Black Vintage Sheep? Lace Jacket M - L

This amazing piece is from my own closet and was purchased at a second hand store late 90s. I cannot say what the fabric is. My neibour thinks it may be sheep. Reading about Mongolian Sheep it is woven in. I have tried to show this in the pictures. Feel free to comment! No tag, inside lining silk like with black lace over top. I wore this inside out on occasion (no tags). In good pre loved condition as it was only worn a handful of times. Some tiny pulls in the lining which are hardly noticeable. There are 4 hook closures. The 3rd hook part is missing. I really love this jacket I just don’t reach for it. PTP 20-21” closed. Would be suitable for L or M. Please ask any questions prior to purchase to ensure proper fit.
