Stunning Strappy Vintage Dress with Beaded Appliqué

This dress is so gorgeous, photos really don't do it justice. Plunge neckline, strappy low back, incredibly flattering ruching and a flowy high-low mermaid skirt. Super sexy and glamorous. No tags, but fits like a size 10/12. The woman I bought this from estimated it to be from the mid late 80s-early 90s.
