Stunning Vintage 2-Sided Estate Handmade Table Runner 78x24" Leaf Pattern GUC

Unique and absolutely stunning double sided table runner Handstitched embroidery in a leaf pattern - beautiful glossy browns and gold on one side, vivid blues and greens on the other Measures approx 78 inches long and 24 inches wide, including the tassels at both ends Brown ladder stitch around the edges In good condition overall with some minor pin-sized holes and one or two pin-sized marks (as shown in pics). No significant holes, stains, or damage. There do not appear to be any loose stitches, and if there are, they're minor. This came to me with a large estate bundle of vintage linens from the 50s and 60s. This was used as a table runner but may also make a beautiful scarf? It's soft and flexible enough to be one, not stiff and starchy. Although probably too beautiful and special to be work outside. I can't say enough good things about this unique piece. It's truly one of a kind and I know I'll regret letting this one go.
