Absolutely beautiful designer piece in pristine condition. Four front pockets. There was once a detachable collar (evidenced by the buttons on the interior of the collar) but that’s not available. Otherwise perfect. Fully lined with beautiful gold buttons. Size and fabric content tags are missing but feels like pure fine wool . would best fit an S/M. Approximate flat measurements: Chest 17.5” waist 16.5” length 42”
