Stunning Vintage Wool Knit Herringbone Princess Peacoat in Tan Brown

Gorgeous vintage 50s or 60s fine wool knit herringbone coat with champagne brown polyester lining. A rare find! Peacoat with breasted collar, hidden fabric buttons, tapered waist and a-line bottom with pleats in the back Breast pocket is false, hip pockets are real The buttons are mother of pearl along the arms Pleated back Golden camel colored collar that feels satin (polyester) In really good vintage condition except for a water stain on the inside lining along the bottom and it appears the lining has come away from the back of the coat, although it could have been designed that way as well. Easy to take to a seamstress to repair for aesthetic reasons.
