Stunning Vintage purple striped high neck ruffled blouse with shoulder pads

This blouse is so stunning and in like new condition! The size on the tag is 40. Please see the measurements in pictures. High ruffled neckline with button closure along the collar bone to shoulder. Stunning wide ruffled cuff with button closure. The blouse has shoulder pads. As the picture shows, the shoulder pads are spot sewn in 3 places so they could be removed, but the blouse really looks stunning with them. The buttons are fabric covered, and the fastenings at the collar bone are fabric loops. Made in Hong Kong, 100% polyester. The last picture shows the true color of the blouse. The main color is a true purple along with orange, blue, and cream. The first picture looks like the blouse is faded, but that is just the light.
