STUNNING cocktail dress JS Collections dress in “Tiffany” blue turquoise “Marilyn” inspired halter style with a gorgeous deep v gathered neck lightly padded bust accented by the prettiest gold and crystal accent. Open back with a zip & hook and eye closure One tiny mark at the back of the neck and some discolouration inside the neck. Not noticeable & most likely would come out with a dry clean. Dress retailed for over $450 & is a showstopper! Size 8 This dress has no stretch to it, but with the open back, it would accommodate a variety of bust sizes. Flat lay measurement of the under bust is 14 inches. Approximate area of the hips is around 19 inches. It’s flowing through the rest as it extends down. The dress measures from the back of the halter 48 inches and from the bottom of the brooch near the waist it measures 31 inches.
