Stunning glass art cuff

I bought this from an artist at a craft show. The cuff is made of glass with shades of blue, turquoise and maeve and has an almost ocean vibe to me. There are beads on the back with a stretchable elastic cord. The surface has some lines and uneven texture and it really looks like a work of art. I thought it looked so beautiful worn up higher on the arm, or as an ankle cuff with some cute shoes! This is such a unique piece that definitely turns heads
