Stunning like new black velvet knee high boots

These lux black knee high velvet -feel boots are like new worn a handful of times. They have gold buckles and an almond shaped toe. They are 3 1/2” heel. A little too tall for me to wear regularly. The zipper goes all the way up the inseam. The tag on the bottom says “Jacob” is the style of boot. Unsure of the make but great quality.
