Style & Co Silver Three-Ring Dangle Earrings

Style & Co. Silver Three-Ring Dangle Earrings. Purchased from Macy’s. Hardly worn. These sound a bit like wind chimes when dangling from your ears! Approx. 2.5” long. I think these are tarnished and silver polish might help but I am not sure. Please see last photo for close-up. Such markings appear on both earrings though I have taken good care of them over the years.
