Such a fun pant! I love them, but they are just too small. Definitely a cropped fit. The model is obviously just for an idea of how they fit. In good condition. The waist measures about 10" across but stretches to about 17" From the top of the band, to the bottom hem is 31.5" I'd say the are meant to fit high rise.
