Suede fringe heels

These black suede fringe heels are in very good used condition, size 39 or 9 US The lace up ties in back have a few spots where the stitching has come undone, I haven’t tried to repair because they are too narrow on me! *bought at a higher end secondhand store so these may OR may not be the designer name you see on the shoe, I cannot verify
