Good used condition Sugar jacket/vest. Orange nylon outer, grey mesh inner, but can be reversed; no tags and zipper flips. Sleeves zip off. Bungee cords at hip to adjust to desired fit. Vintage Y2K item Synthetic fill/NOT down No tags to confirm, but is size small (fits XS to medium)
