There have been some mean girls spreading lies about me and they even went as far as making a fake account telling everyone I'm a scammer. I know that you were happy with our transaction with the henley top and wanted to make sure they didn't get to you too (they've also been going through my sold items telling everyone they were scammed by me which is just silly)

ossein @lindsayaustin17 hello Lindsay, welcome to Poshmark💕 I'd be happy to give you some tips, poshmark can be pretty overwhelming in the beginning and I know I was glad to have a friend helping me set up my closet. I'd say the most important things when starting out would be to take good cover photos and share to parties often.

ossein @lindsayaustin17 Cover photos don't need to be fancy, but it's best to take a clear picture in good daytime lighting. I used to hang my clothes off a hanger on a nail in the wall against a plain white wall before I built the clothing rack you see in my pictures. I recommend editing the picture either in the built in iPhone photos app or in an outside editor like vscocam. I wouldn't recommend using posh's filters since they make items look unclear and the color off.

ossein @lindsayaustin17 Clothes really do sell much more quickly and for more with good quality photos! The other thing is to share to parties often especially in the beginning since you don't have many followers, this will be the primary way for you to get your closet seen! There are 3 parties a day--the first one is brand-specific, the second is category specific, and the third is all-encompassing. You can only share items that fit the brand or category for the first 2 parties.

ossein @lindsayaustin17 the other things would just be some helpful tips. Whenever you're talking to someone on your listings, you need to tag them so they'll get a notification. People only get notifications automatically when comments are posted in their own closet. Everything else you only get a notification when someone tags you, so make sure to tag people so they see what you're trying to say!

ossein @lindsayaustin17 you can also drop your listings by at least 10% off the lowest historical price so everyone who liked your listing will get a notification. Sometimes posh will give discounted shipping to all these people too (they changed it, it used to be every time)

ossein @alexiachez unfortunately refunds are up to poshmark and they don't refund things for the wrong fit, only if the item is damaged or otherwise not as described by the seller. I would have no way to reverse the transaction for you. You're more than welcome to reposh it and use my photos though, I'm sure someone who fits it better will buy it!
