lovedresale @newclothes224 Hi! When laid flat, pit to pit is 14 inches but bodice is stretchy. Hard to determine where the waist and hips would fall, as it slowly gets wider from the smocked area. About 6 inches down from the bottom of the bodice it's 21.5 inches wide laid flat. 10 inches down from bottom of the bodice it's 24.5 inches wide laid flat. Top of the strap to hem is 34 inches. Bottom of the bodice to hem is 24 inches. Hope this helps!
