Summer Dress with Tie-On Shoulder Straps

This is a cute brand new black and green summer dress with tie-on shoulder straps. Material is thin, soft and not really stretchy. 😉 I'm a canadian gal that measures 5 feet 4", wheighs 172 pounds, wears 38 DD bras. I usually wear XL and feel this one is true to size with its 0XL tag. I measure 44 inches at bust and 39 at waist. Material tag was cut inside.
