Summer Floral High-Low Dress - Size Med - Illa Illa - Size 4 - 6 - Floral Dress

This is an Illa Illa, made in China summer floral dress with little wispy ruffle sleeves, a high-low hem, and dark and moody florals. Made of 100% rayon, the dress has a partial ruffle "wrap" in the front, the waist has a stretch elastic, and the back has a neck tie with a cut-out. Marked a size medium, I would suggest it would best fist a size 4 - 6. In very good condition, there are no noteworthy flaws. Measurements: Bust 36" MAX Length: 53" to very bottom Waist: 34" at elastic (unstretched) Comes from a cat lover' home.
