Summer Party Dress with Cutouts

I bought this dress at a cute boutique shop in Vancouver and wore it once to a beach wedding in Belize! Sadly doesn’t fit me anymore so I want it to find a new home! Size is about a 2 or 4 and it has a small, barely noticeable spot on the top that might even come out with a bit more effort. The sides are cutout to reveal your summer tan!
