Strapless, gorgeous summer wedding dress Boning and rouching give curves to the waistline and a subtle lift to the chest. Size 4 (a very small size 4 in chest area) - the dress is unaltered except for the bottom. I am 5'9 and had it hemmed up at the front Chest 32-33 inches Waist 28 The dress was worn for our destination wedding and then for a reception back home.
