Summer dress Size 8

Light and flowy summer dress, lined. Size tag is US 8, but it fits small, size US 4-6. For reference, I wear a size 4P-6P, so proportions are different. The lower black stripe would sit about 3" higher (at waist) on a regular height person. Above-knee length.
