Summer dress size Xl or 1X open back

smoke free home! All items are washed so some items are wrinkled because they were hung to dry. tag say 4X but it run small I think an XL or 1X. measurements have been taken at the elastic under bust. pit to pit is 37 inches unstretch but I can stretch to almost 22 and length is almost 36.
