Summer strapless dress

Fun and flirty in this royal blue strapless cotton dress. Has some stretch to it for comfort. The fully ruffled skirt adds flare to this versatile dress. Preowned but in good condition. NOTE: the tag says large but this is in no way a size large. Also it is definitely a mini dress. My daughter wore it and she was a 00, I’ve included a picture of her wearing it to get an idea of the look
