Blue and pink floral print dress. It has a puff sleeve with elastic on the cuff bottom. It has rouching under the shoulder. It has a nice gathered waistband with a little piece of fabric that hangs from the waist. Double ruffle on the bottom. The skirt portion is lined and the rest is not. Hidden side zipper. French Boutique brain. New with tags. Size M: Pit to pit is approximately 19", waist is 14.5" and length is 36". Size L: Pit to pit is approximately 20", waist is 15" and length is 36.5".
