Dark navy dress with a beautiful vibrant floral print. It has a ruffle along the neckline and a large flowy ruffle down the bottom half. It has rouching under the shoulder. There are also pleated on the shoulder. It is a wrap style dress. French boutique brand. New with tags. Size T2: Pit to pit is approximately 23" and length is 46" in the front and 50.5" in the back. Size T3: Pit to pit is approximately 24" and length is 47" in the front and 51" in the back.
