nursedback2life @mollys3 I’ve been in emergency medicine for 20 years . Left the ER in February and am trialing long term care - which is so different and an entire new challenge . I started reselling in 2022 because I couldn’t imagine picking up an extra shift anymore . I was just so burnt out.

mollys3 I work peds trauma. I totally understand how you feel! I’ve been diagnosed with lupus so am taking so time off to figure out treatment. I’ve been go to Sanfords lupus clinic. Praying that we’ll fine the right course of treatment so I can get back to normal life. Was it difficult to leave ER?

nursedback2life The thing about trialing new things is it’s like riding a bike and then Transitioning to a motorcycle , a car or to an RV . Whatever vehicle you drive to get to your destination - once you know you know . You can always go back to what you prefer . You don’t lose your talent by trying new ones.
