matalba1 @nastassiacm hi there! I open all the bottles to make sure they are full of product before I place them in bubble wrap. Also you would need to hit the pump piece a couple of times for the product to come out meaning its never been used. im really hoping I was able to answer your question! let me know if you have any other questions
