It's constructed with Rainstop™ - waterproof and windproof fabric with a soft feel and protective 2-layer construction. This fabric is sourced from a Japanese mill that specializes in performance fabrics. Perfect length to wear with leggings etc. Great condition, worn less than 10x. There are a few minor marks around the pocket that I will try to wash out. Not new with tags, gently used.
