Cute little cotton black and red miniskirt with flared argyle detail & safety pin accents. Back zip, Super Low Fat brand, vintage, bought brand new back in the 90's. I checked the content tag and it doesn't say what it's made of but I think it's cotton Has been worn a few times and is in good condition. Machine washable.
