Bought in Italy years ago .. no labels inside so it’s handmade.. 2 kinds of material. A lightweight cotton and a silkier ruffle underneath. Has a zipper in the back Rough edges on the ruffles and the top is lined with a silky material. Measurements: under the bust layed flat is 15” but there is a bit of stretch, and 16” from the top of the bust to the bottom.
