Super cute shorts

Slightly lower riders, sit on hips. Belt loops at front. Cuff on bottom hem. Waist/hips 31" length 11.5". Cuff can be taken down to allow another almost 2". 97% cotton, 3% spandex so has a little stretch. Pretty fabric, soft with a bit of a satin look to it. Label says 5, Le Chateau.
