Super cute velvety feeling frilly skirt

Brand new with tags, never worn, original price is 119usd. Come a few inches above the knee and has frills (?) in Diagonal pattern. Feels like suede but am not for sure sure if it is, not listed on any of the tags. Light beige in colour, very neutral
