Super cute vintage articulated (moveable parts) teddy bear pendant

This necklace is super cute. Long chain that I am not sure if it's original. Rhinestone eyes and ears. the nose may have had one but it’s empty currently. There’s a spot for a name or stamp but it’s blank please see photos for best description thank you.
