Gorgeous light nylon knit fabric with scalloped hemline. Elasticity at waist has lost some of its stretch Easy peasy to fix. Or wear it like this It’s totally wearable in my opinion Beach 🏖️ Or under a lace skirt ! Or hem showing under any skirt really !
