Superdown one-shoulder crossover romper

Super cute one shoulder shorts romper. Worn only once, but found it was a bit too big on me as I wear a XXS typically. Sad to sell as this can easily be made casual or dressy with a cute pair of heeled sandals or cowboy boots!
