I invested in a set when I was 23 years old and I still have the same set and it looks brand new. When you cook with surgical stainless steel, there’s nothing more healthy, more safe and more forgiving to cook on. You use lower temperatures because the quality of the cookware is so insulated that it transfers heat evenly so your food cooks properly. Once you heat your food up on medium, you can turn it down low with the lid on and it cooks in the same time as traditional cheap cook ware. It’s so insulated that it transfers the heat on low temperature and maintains all the natural vitamins and minerals. In the end, your food taste better you add less salt and butter, etc.. maintaining a healthier life. This one comes with the dome lid. so you can actually use it as a Dutch oven cooking roast on top of the stove.Saving in hydo. You can also stack other pots on top of the dome lid. Comes with six egg poachers. You can also use the egg poacher stand and layer additional food to cook in the one pot. Everyone needs good cookware.
