A pre-owed Suzy Shier Women's Black Stretch Sleeveless Blouse with a White Embroidered Lace & Pearl Applique on the Neckline, measuring approximately 19" wide from P2P and 27" long. I'm not sure, but I believe someone added this Beautiful White Lace with Pearls and Jeweled Applique onto the Neckline. The photos and video do not do it justice as it is truly eye catching and it shimmers in the light. This Blouse has no Size Tags, but it does Stretch, so please check the measurements before ordering. Thank You!
